Completion of Exclusive Call Option. 3.1 Share Transfer Agreement Party B shall execute a share transfer agreement in form and substance substantially the same as the annex attached hereto (the “Share Transfer Agreement”), together with any other documents necessary to give effect to the transfer to Party A or its nominee of all or part of the Shares within thirty (30) days after Party A’s sending the written notice in accordance with Article 2.3 above.
