Common use of Completion of Filings and Recordings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Filings and Recordings. For each Existing Project, Lender shall have received evidence of the completion of all recordings and filings to establish or maintain the perfection and priority of the Liens and Encumbrances on the Collateral granted in the Loan Documents and required by Lender to be in effect prior to the effectiveness of this Agreement and the Commitment.
