Completion of MIDOCS Program. Resident must commence the Program no later than 7/1/ and must complete the Program by no later than 6/30/ . Resident must commence the two years of practice in an underserved Community no later than 7/31/ and complete the two years of practice no later than 7/31/ , unless adjustment of dates is mutually agreed to by all parties.
