Completion of Negotiations on Impacts and Effects. Upon demand by the Association, the District and Association shall meet and negotiate regarding the impacts and effects of the decision to layoff, and/or the impacts and effects of reductions in hours of specific classification. This is the parties complete and full understanding with respect to the decision to layoff.
