Completion of Patient Medical Records. The Resident agrees to maintain a record for each patient that accurately reflects the evaluation and treatment of the patient (NYS Education Law 6530(32)), to complete all patient care charts in a thorough, professional, accurate and timely fashion, and to complete such other documentation as may be required by the Hospital and the Resident’s department.
