Common use of Completion of Premises/No Disputes Clause in Contracts

Completion of Premises/No Disputes. Tenant has accepted possession of the Premises, and all conditions to be satisfied by Landlord under the Lease have been completed pursuant to the terms of the Lease, including, but not limited to, completion of construction of the Premises (and all other improvements required under the Lease) in accordance with applicable plans and specifications and within the time periods set forth in the Lease; there are no unreimbursed expenses (except the annual operating expense and tax expense adjustment) including, but not limited to, capital expenses reimbursements; and Tenant has no complaints or disputes with Landlord regarding the overall operation, maintenance or condition of the Premises or the property within which the Premises is located (the "Property"), or otherwise.
