Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Agents, acting on behalf of Lenders, and their counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Agents and such counsel, and Agents and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Agents may reasonably request.

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Agentseach Agent, acting on behalf of Lenders, and their its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Agents and such counsel, and Agents and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Agents may reasonably request.

All corporate corporate, trust and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by Agents, acting on behalf of Lenders, the Agent and their its counsel shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agents the Agent and such counsel, and Agents the Agent and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Agents the Agent may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto not previously found acceptable by AgentsLead Arranger, acting on behalf of Lenders, and their its counsel shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Agents Lead Arranger and such counsel, and Agents Lead Arranger and such counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Agents Lead Arranger or Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
