Common use of Completion of Projects Clause in Contracts

Completion of Projects. PURCHASER shall complete the projects in the preceding section prior to October 1, 2005. After commencement of project work on a road section, complete all projects on that section prior to log hauling, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.
