Common use of COMPLETION OF REPAIR Clause in Contracts

COMPLETION OF REPAIR. Provided that, if, upon the completion by the Landlord of any repairs required as a result of any such destruction or damage, a dispute shall arise between the Landlord and the Tenant as to whether or not the Leased Premises have been made fit for the purposes of the Tenant under this Lease, the Landlord may, at its option, terminate this Lease by giving thirty (30) days notice to the Tenant and if such notice shall be given this Lease shall, at the expiration of such period, be at an end and the Tenant shall deliver up the Leased Premises to the Landlord or whom it may appoint and the Landlord may, on demand, recover the full rental hereby reserved computed from the date on which such repairs were completed up to the date on which the Tenant is required to vacate.
