Common use of Completion of Request Clause in Contracts

Completion of Request. 3.5.1. A Request will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) the Utilisation Date is a Business Day falling within the Availability Period; (b) the amount of the Loan requested does not exceed the Commitment available on the proposed Utilisation Date; (c) the payment instructions are specified; (d) the previous Request submitted was made at least one month prior to the date of such Request; and (e) the amount of the Loan requested is in a minimum amount of €500,000 and an integral multiple of €100,000.

Completion of Request. 3.5.1. A (a) The Request will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (ai) the Utilisation Date is a Business Day falling within the Availability Period; (bii) the amount of the Loan requested does not exceed the Commitment available Total Commitments on the proposed Utilisation Date;; and (ciii) an Interest Period of 3 months is specified or if both are specified the amount of the Loan is allocated to each such period. (iv) the payment instructions are specified;. (db) the previous Request submitted was made at least one month prior to the date of such Request; and (e) the amount of the Loan Not more than two Loans may be requested is in a minimum amount of €500,000 and an integral multiple of €100,000Request.
