Common use of Completion of Requests Clause in Contracts

Completion of Requests. The Request for the Loan will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) the Utilization Date is a Business Day which falls within the Availability Period; (b) it is addressed to both of the Lenders; (c) the aggregate amount of the requested Loan, including any Loan amounts already paid to the Company pursuant to previous Requests, does not exceed the Total Commitments.

Completion of Requests. The A Request for the a Loan will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) the Utilization Utilisation Date is a Business Day which falls falling within the Availability Period; (b) it is addressed to both of the Lenders; (c) the aggregate amount of the requested Loan, including any Loan amounts already paid to the Company pursuant to previous Requests, does not exceed the Total Commitments.

Completion of Requests. The Request for the Loan will not only be regarded as having been duly completed unlessif: (a) the Utilization Utilisation Date is a Business Day which falls falling within the Availability Period; (b) it the currency specified in the Request is addressed to both of the LendersDollars; (c) the aggregate amount of requested for the requested Loan, including any Loan amounts already paid to the Company pursuant to previous Requests, does not exceed the Total Commitments; and (d) the initial proposed Interest Period for the Loan complies with this Agreement.

Completion of Requests. The A Request for the a Loan will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) the Utilization Utilisation Date is a Business Day which falls falling within the Availability Period; (b) it is addressed the amount requested does not exceed, when aggregated with the amounts drawn down or to both of be drawn down under any other Requests, the LendersMaximum Facility Amount; (c) the aggregate amount of requested exceeds five hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000); and (d) the proposed Term complies with this Agreement. Only one Loan may be requested Loan, including any Loan amounts already paid to the Company pursuant to previous Requests, does not exceed the Total Commitmentsin a Request.

Completion of Requests. The Request for the Loan will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) the Utilization Utilisation Date is a Business Day which falls falling within the Availability Period; (b) it is addressed to both the amount of the Lenders;Loan requested is €25,000,000; and (c) the aggregate amount of proposed Term complies with this Agreement. Only one Request may be delivered and only one Loan may be requested in the requested Loan, including any Loan amounts already paid to the Company pursuant to previous Requests, does not exceed the Total CommitmentsRequest.
