Common use of Completion of System Clause in Contracts

Completion of System. The Parties agree that the COD must occur no later than three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days ("the Guaranteed Completion Date") after the Judicial Council's issuance of the Notice to Proceed unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.
