Common use of Completion of Utilisation Request Clause in Contracts

Completion of Utilisation Request. (a) The Utilisation Request is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it specifies the purpose of the Loan to be drawn; (ii) it specifies the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the Availability Period; and (iii) the currency and amount of the Utilisation (which must comply with Clause 5.3 (Currency and Amount)). (b) Only one Loan may be requested in the Utilisation Request.
