Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.
CONTRACT PERIOD “Contract Period” shall mean the period commencing the day immediately preceding a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Change in Control or (ii) the date the Executive would attain age 65 or (iii) the death of the Executive. For the purpose of this Agreement, a Change in Control shall be deemed to have occurred at the date specified in the definition of Change-in-Control.
Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.
Project Period The Project Period ("Project Period") is the time during which the Applicant will be conducting the Project. Unless this Investment Agreement is terminated earlier under Article 7 Termination, the Project Period commences on the Project Start Date and ends on the Project Completion Date.
Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.
Contract Term The Contract end date, wherever such reference appears in the Contract, shall be changed from June 18, 2020 to June 18, 2021. The Contract Term may be renewed for one additional one-year period at the discretion of the State. Child Support (Applicable to natural persons only; not applicable to corporations, partnerships or LLCs). Contractor is under no obligation to pay child support or is in good standing with respect to or in full compliance with a plan to pay any and all child support payable under a support order as of the date of this amendment.
Vacation Period The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
Lease Period The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 24 months, which commenced on September 28, 2021. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on August 29, 2022.
