Common use of Compliance and Qualification Clause in Contracts

Compliance and Qualification. 13.1. Where you supply or otherwise upload compliance and pre-qualification documentation to VendorPanel® you acknowledge that this information may be disclosed to other users who are granted access to that information by the manager of the supplier list to which that document relates. 13.2. You hereby agree that the information described in clause 13.1 may be disclosed in the manner described above.
