Common use of Compliance and Supervision of Alterations Clause in Contracts

Compliance and Supervision of Alterations. All Alterations made by Tenant hereunder shall be installed in a good and workmanlike manner, using only materials of the same or higher quality as those installed in the Building. All Alterations shall comply with all requirements of Landlord's insurance carriers and with all laws, rules, ordinances and regulations of any lawful authority. Tenant shall permit Landlord to supervise construction operations in connection with any such Alterations, if Landlord requests the right to do so (but Landlord shall have no obligation to make such requests, or having done so, to supervise construction). Landlord's supervision of construction shall be done solely for the benefit of Landlord and shall not alter Tenant's liability and responsibility under this Paragraph 6.
