Common use of Compliance by Group Companies Clause in Contracts

Compliance by Group Companies. Each member of the Group Companies shall, at its own expenses, fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction of its incorporation as well as all requirements of the competent government authorities with respect to their conducting of business, on a continuing basis, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States (15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, et seq.), as amended, or any similar statute or law, rule, regulation, official policy, interpretation or pronouncement of any governmental authority.
