Common use of Compliance by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Compliance by Purchaser. All the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of this Agreement to be complied with and performed by the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date shall have been complied with and performed in all respects.

Compliance by Purchaser. All The Purchaser shall have performed ----------------------- and complied with all of the terms, covenants, agreements obligations and conditions of required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with and performed by the Purchaser on it at or before prior to or at the Closing Date.
