Common use of COMPLIANCE CONTINUED Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE CONTINUED. Any non-conformance of the improvements installed -------------------- and paid for by Landlord as set forth on Exhibit B, required to be corrected by --------- the governing agency, shall be corrected at the cost and expense of Landlord if such non-conformance exists as of the Commencement Date of the Lease and further provided that such governing agency's requirement to correct the non-conformance is not initiated as a result of: (i) any future improvements made by or for Tenant; or (ii) any permit request made to a governing agency by or for Tenant. Any non-conformance of the Premises occurring after the Commencement Date of this Lease Agreement shall be the responsibility of Tenant to correct at Tenant's cost and expense.

Any non-conformance of the Premises occurring after the Commencement Date of this Lease Agreement shall be the responsibility of Tenant to correct at Tenant's cost and expense.
