COMPLIANCE CONTINUED. Any non-conformance of the improvements installed ---------------------- and paid for by Landlord as set forth on Exhibit B, required to be corrected by --------- the governing agency, shall be corrected at the cost and expense of Landlord if such non-conformance exists as of the Commencement Date of the Lease. Any non- conformance of the Premises occurring after the Commencement Date of this Lease Agreement shall be the responsibility of Tenant to correct at Tenant's cost and expense.
