Compliance Data and Reports. At no additional charge, Successful Respondent shall provide DIR with data and reports in Successful Respondent’s possession as reasonably necessary for DIR to comply with all Laws applicable to the Services (including the Equipment, Materials, and other resources it provides or has assumed operational responsibility hereunder).
