Compliance Data and Reports. At no additional charge, Service Provider shall provide DIR with data and reports in Service Provider's possession as reasonably necessary for DIR to comply with all Laws applicable to the Services (including the Equipment, Materials and other resources it provides or has assumed operational responsibility hereunder).
