Common use of Compliance Formula Clause in Contracts

Compliance Formula. If the Participating Airlines collectively do not meet the Interim XXX Goal for Existing GSE, each Individual Participating Airline that has not met that Goal is liable for liquidated damages for its share of the XXX shortfall as provided in Equation 3 of Appendix 1 attached hereto.

Compliance Formula.
