Compliance Formula. If the Participating Airlines collectively do not meet the Interim ▇▇▇ Goal for New GSE, each Individual Participating Airline that has not met that goal is liable for liquidated damages for its share of the ▇▇▇ shortfall as provided in Equation 4 of Appendix 1 attached hereto.
