Compliance Laws. The contractor must comply with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to the contract and to the goods delivered and/or services performed under the contract.

Compliance Laws. To the knowledge of Seller, Deep Rock is not in violation of (i) any applicable order, judgment, injunction, award, or decree. All Parties agree that the City of Xxxxx considers the “Mill Site” located at 200 Potato, Melba Idaho to be in violation of ordinances, regulations, or other requirements of governmental entities that are material to the Company’s business. The Buyer purchases the shares with full knowledge of these matters and issues.

Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, make any repairs to the rooftop which are necessitated by the installation, maintenance or operation of the Antenna. Such repairs shall be governed by the provisions of Section 4 hereof. Landlord may, at its option, after notice to Tenant, cause such repairs to be made at the sole cost and expense of Tenant.
