Compliance; Modification. The Asset Representations Reviewer will cooperate with and provide information to the Issuer regarding the Asset Representations Reviewer’s compliance with this Section 4.10. The Asset Representations Reviewer and the Issuer agree to modify this Section 4.10 as necessary from time to time for either party to comply with applicable law.
Compliance; Modification. The Asset Representations Reviewer will cooperate with and provide information to the Sponsor and the Servicer regarding the Asset Representations Reviewer’s compliance with this Section 4.10, including, with respect to any Personal Information which has not been destroyed or returned to the Sponsor (without retaining any actual or recoverable copies), permitting authorized representatives of the Servicer or Sponsor to conduct ongoing inspections of the type described in Section 4.7. The Asset Representations Reviewer and the Sponsor and the Servicer agree to modify this Section 4.10 as necessary for either party to comply with applicable law.
