Compliance Obligations of the Funds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DST’s obligations shall be solely as are set forth in this Agreement and in the Compliance Programs, as attached hereto and as amended from time to time in accordance herewith. The Funds acknowledge that any of obligations under any law or regulation that are applicable to the Funds and that DST has not agreed to perform on the Fund’s behalf under this Agreement, including any schedules or exhibits thereto, remain the Funds’ sole obligation.
