COMPLIANCE OF INDIVIDUAL CONTRACT WITH MASTER AGREEMENT. Any individual contract between the Board and an individual staff member heretofore or hereafter executed shall be subject and consistent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
