Compliance of Leasehold Mortgagee. If a Leasehold --------------------------------- Mortgagee is complying with subsection 4.7.1, upon the acquisition of Developer's Leasehold Estate herein by such Leasehold Mortgagee or its designee or any other purchaser at a foreclosure sale or otherwise this Lease shall continue in full force and effect as if Developer had not defaulted under this Lease.
