Contracted Provider shall, and shall require its employees and its subcontractors and their employees to, comply with Health Plan compliance program requirements, including Health Plan’s compliance training requirements, and to report to Health Plan any suspected fraud, waste, or abuse or criminal acts by Health Plan, Contracted Provider, other Providers, their respective employees or subcontractors, or by Members.
