Compliance Regarding Hazardous Substances. LESSEE shall comply and cause all occupants of the Premises to comply, with all laws, regulations, and ordinances governing or applicable to Hazardous Substances as well as the recommendations of any qualified environmental engineer or other expert which apply or pertain to the Premises.
