Each of Buyer and Seller shall be responsible for their own compliance with regulations related to (i) the conventional gasoline antidumping compliance standards of 40 C.F.R. Subpart E, (ii) gasoline sulfur standards of 40 CFR Subpart H and (iii) the renewable fuels standards of 40 C.F.R. Subpart K.
