Compliance Specialist. The Compliance Specialist will work together with the Enrollee to resolve the issue if possible. If no solution is reached, the Compliance Specialist will refer the matter to the Grievance Committee. The HFC Grievance Committee will review the grievance and within thirty (30) days from HFC’s receipt of the grievance, HFC will send a written notice of the resolution. If the grievance is denied, the notice will explain how the Enrollee may appeal the decision of the Grievance Committee.
