Compliance Through Agents. The Issuer shall be entitled to delegate the performance of any of its covenants hereunder to one or more Service Providers pursuant to one or more Related Documents entered into in accordance with the terms of this Indenture so long as each such Related Document is subject to the Lien of the Security Trust Agreement. Nothing in this Section 5.04 is intended to, or shall, relieve the Issuer from any liability or consequences hereunder arising from the failure of the Issuer or any such Service Provider to perform any such covenant strictly in accordance with the terms of this Indenture.
