Compliance will mean. 6.2.1 Compliance with each section and subsection of Exhibit A, except as to paragraph 4.4(a), the completion of at least six (6) months of assessments by the TCM Program, including screening of at least 50 percent of, or 500 (whichever is larger) residents of LHH residing there on March 1, 2004, in the order of priority identified in this Agreement. 6.2.2 Compliance with the reporting requirements specified in sections 4.4-4.5 of this Agreement.
