Common use of Compliance with Administrative Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Administrative Regulations. (a) The Union agrees from time to time and whenever so requested, to furnish the Employer with a copy of its constitution and by-laws with amendments and a list of the officers of the Union. (b) Nothing in this Agreement shall affect or abridge the disciplinary powers heretofore held or exercised by the Employer. (c) Save as herein contained, all reasonable privileges and concessions enjoyed by either party prior to the signing of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by this Agreement.
