Common use of Compliance with Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Agreement. The Sellers shall have in all material respects performed and complied with all of their agreements and obligations under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by them prior to or on the Closing, including the delivery of the closing documents specified in Section 2.2(a) hereof.

Compliance with Agreement. The Sellers shall have in all material respects performed and complied with all of their agreements obligations and obligations covenants under this Agreement which are to be performed or complied with by them each on or prior to or on the Closing, including the delivery of the closing documents specified in Section 2.2(a) hereofClosing Date.
