COMPLIANCE WITH AGREEMENTS; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. The Borrower shall comply with the terms and conditions of all material agreements, commitments or instruments to which the Borrower is a party or by which it may be bound. The Borrower shall duly comply in all respects with any relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any foreign, federal, state or local government or any agency thereof, or any writ, order or decree, and conform to all valid requirements of governmental authorities relating to the conduct of its business, properties or assets, including, but not limited to, the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission.
