Promptly and fully comply with all their respective agreements, duties and obligations under the Loan Documents, and with material terms of any other material agreements, indentures, leases and/or instruments to which any one or more of them is a party, whether such other agreements, indentures, leases and/or instruments are with Agent and any Bank or another Person.
