Compliance With All Governmental Authorities. During the term of this Agreement, Company will promptly make all submissions required of Company and comply with all requirements of the appropriate governmental authority under all Environmental Laws. During the term of this Agreement, Lessor will promptly make all submissions required of Lessor to, and comply with, all requirements of the appropriate governmental authority under all Environmental Laws.
