Compliance with All Governmental Laws and Regulations. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations and ordinances applicable to the Work and this Agreement. ORS Chapters 279A and 279C and the Attorney General’s Model Public Contracting Rules (as such rules may have been modified by the Owner) (“Rules”) contain certain requirements for public contracts, including but not limited to certain required contract provisions. Required contract provisions are attached as Exhibit C and are incorporated herein by this reference.
