Compliance with Anti-Corruption Applicable Laws. Each Party shall, and shall cause each of its Affiliates and Third Party subcontractors and sublicensees conducting activities hereunder, to comply with Anti-Corruption Laws and the provisions of Exhibit G attached hereto in connection with the performance of activities under this Agreement.
