Common use of Compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions. (i) Maintain in effect and enforce, and cause the other Covered Entities to maintain in effect and enforce, policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all respects by the Covered Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and, to the extent commercially reasonable, agents under the control and acting on behalf of the Covered Entities, and (ii) comply, and cause the other Covered Entities to comply, in all material respects with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions applicable to it or its property.

Compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions. (i) Maintain in effect and enforce, and cause the other Covered Entities to maintain in effect and enforce, policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all respects by the Covered Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and, to the extent commercially reasonable, agents under the control and acting on behalf of the Covered Entities, and (ii) comply, and cause the other Covered Entities to comply, in all material respects with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions applicable to it or its property.”

Compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions. (i) Maintain in effect and enforce, and cause the other Covered Entities to maintain in effect and enforce, policies and procedures reasonably designed to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects by the Covered Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and, to the extent commercially reasonable, agents under the control and acting on behalf of the Covered Entities, and (ii) comply, and cause the other Covered Entities to comply, in all material respects with Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions applicable to it or its property.”
