Compliance with Applicable ABAC Laws. Within 90 days following the date of the Restructuring Effective Date, the Parent shall conduct a review of its existing policies and procedures designed to prevent the Parent from engaging in any activity, practice or conduct that would violate any Applicable ABAC Laws, and shall adopt and implement amendments and modifications to such policies and procedures to the extent same are deemed reasonable by the Board of Directors of the Parent.
