Compliance with applicable Federal Regulation. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable Federal laws and regulations including but not limited to: 1. In reference to the Medicaid and CHIP Managed Care Final Rule, the Contractor will work with EOHHS on implementing all applicable aspects of the Rule in the time frames specified in the Rule.
