Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulation. The foregoing provisions regarding service fees shall be subject to all the requirements of Ohio Revised Code, Section 4117.09(C) and the administrative regulations of the State Employment Relations Board as well as to any other federal or state law or regulations applicable to fair share fees.
