Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. 9.1.1 Each party must comply with all Applicable Laws in performing their obligations under this Agreement. 9.1.2 Supplier must, at its own cost hold and maintain all necessary licences, approvals and permits and the like required by any government authority or agency and must ensure that the Milk produced by Supplier also complies with all Applicable Laws and standards.
