Common use of Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. a. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to this Contract or to the Contractor’s obligations under this Contract, as those laws, regulations and ordinances may be adopted or amended from time to time. b. Agency’s performance under the Contract is conditioned upon Contractor's compliance with the provisions of ORS 279B.220, 279B.225, 279B.230, 279B.235 and 279B.270 which are incorporated by reference herein. Contractor shall, to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of this Contract, use recycled paper (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(gg)), recycled XXXX products (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(hh)), and other recycled products (as “recycled product” is defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(ii)).
