Compliance with Applicable Laws – Generally. All Licensed Products manufactured and distributed by, or on behalf of, Licensee must be marked, labeled, packaged, advertised, and distributed in accordance with this Agreement, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the Territory, and in such a manner as will not tend to mislead or deceive the public or damage the reputation of the Trademarks.
