Common use of Compliance with Applicable Laws; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Applicable Laws; Licenses. Ocwen will comply with all Applicable Laws in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and each Subservicing Supplement. Ocwen shall maintain all necessary licenses and approvals in each jurisdiction where the failure to do so would materially and adversely affect the ability of Ocwen to perform its obligations under this Agreement and each Subservicing Supplement.
