Compliance With Applicable Legal Authorities. The Company and the Supplier are subject to, and shall comply with, all existing or future applicable federal, state and local laws, and all existing or future duly promulgated orders or other duly authorized actions of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over such matters. The Company will not violate, directly or indirectly, or become a party to a violation of, any applicable federal, state or local statute, regulation, rule or order in order to provide service to the Supplier. The Company’s obligation to provide service is subject to the condition that all requisite governmental and regulatory approvals for the provision of such service will have been obtained and will be maintained in force during such period of service.
